Basic Dissertation ​Package

• Technical Editing which includes items such as: correcting technical errors such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, and word usage.  It can also include correcting APA citations.  Please note I am only an expert in APA citations, not other formatting styles.
• ​For dissertations longer than 150 pages (including references), an additional fee will apply​
• Ideal for students who require minimal intervention and focus primarily on language and style improvements.

​Standard Dissertation Package

• Technical Editing which includes items such as: correcting technical errors such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, and word usage.  It can also include correcting APA citations.  Please note I am only an expert in APA citations, not other formatting styles.
• Content Editing which includes items such as: eliminating wordiness, triteness, and inappropriate jargon; smoothing transitions and moving sentences to improve readability; suggesting and sometimes implementing additions and deletions; and enforcing consistent style and tone. ​
• 1 (50-minute) individual support session​​
• ​For dissertations longer than 150 pages (including references), an additional fee will apply​
• Suitable for students who need assistance with overall structure, argument development, and flow

• Content Editing which includes items such as: eliminating wordiness, triteness, and inappropriate jargon; smoothing transitions and moving sentences to improve readability; suggesting and sometimes implementing additions and deletions; and enforcing consistent style and tone. ​
• ​2 (50-minute) 1:1 support sessions
• ​Weekly 15-minute Zoom Check-Ins​
• ​For dissertations longer than 150 pages (including references), an additional fee will apply
• ​Geared towards students who require extensive support and guidance throughout the editing process.

*Please note that I do NOT provide university-specific formatting services or reference/.citation checking.  I can however connect you to an editing colleague who does provide these services.
*Fees are nonrefundable.  Fee due at time of contract signing and can be paid in full or in two monthly installments. Hours are valid for six months from time of purchase.
*RUSH services will incur an additional fee
