Each week, you and I will connect for our exclusive one-on-one support sessions. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your highs and lows for the week, review and discuss the previous week's exercises, and engage in insightful conversations tailored to your needs.
Throughout the program, you will have access to a series of brief, weekly video modules and corresponding exercises that are customized to your individual goals. In addition, you will gain exclusive entry to our vibrant online community, The Academic Maverick. Here, you can check in and connect with fellow participants, providing ongoing support and interaction.

What are the program requirements, including participation criteria and time commitment?
1. The RESET Program is open to women in academia at every stage (doctoral students, faculty, staff, administrators, recovering academics).

- View weekly video modules: 10 minutes/week
- Participate in weekly individual support call (fixed time each week): 30 minutes/week
- Complete weekly exercises in workbook: 15-30 minutes/week
- Interact in our online community: 10 minutes/week
- All of the components except the individual support call are flexible and can be completed at any time that works with your schedule. I estimate that participants spend roughly 1.5 hours in total each week in program-related activities.
what are the payment details?
Tuition for the RESET Program is $3500. Here are some important details:
1. The beta group participants who participated in Fall 2023 were funded through their institution - they did NOT pay out of pocket. You can use your personal or professional development funds for this program.
2. I can provide an invoice for registration in the RESET Program. Please note that invoices are due within 30 days of receipt and are considered final. I am not able to offer transfers or cancelations on registrations once invoiced.
3. Full payment must be made - there are no installment plans.
