Frequently Asked Questions
I am not technically in academia - can i participate?
Absolutely! While this program focuses on women in academia, any woman navigating a challenging workplace culture or making a transition in her life can benefit.
When are the weekly virtual group meetings?
For Fall 2023, the weekly group meetings will be held on Thursday from 4:00-5:15 pm CST. For each session, I will send out a doodle poll to the participants to find the best time for everyone in the group.
how many people participate in each session?
Each cohort is limited to six participants. I believe in creating tight-knit, confidential, and meaningful spaces, so I keep them small.
i'm interested but just not sure. i have additional questions.

i am planning for my institution/organization to fund my tuition. How does that process work?
Leave those logistics to me. I will provide you with an invoice and then connect with your appropriate administrative contact so we can get the paperwork together.
can i pay in installments?
Unfortunately, I do not allow installments. I require that tuition be paid in full at the time of registration. All debt and credit cards are accepted.
